Since it was founded, in March of 1986, Lemieux Industry has become well known for its expertise in the fabrication of stainless steel products. We specialize in manufacturing complex parts and equipment for O.E.M. and mill direct clients that meet the highest quality standards. Lemieux Industry's highly skilled team endeavour to meet the highest quality standards, on time delivery and within budget as required by an ever demanding market place.
In September 1994, Lemieux Industry was purchased, and a new executive team was put in place as follow: President General Manager, Eric Smits and Director of Operations, Martin Bureau. By the second fiscal year under new management, the company had a positive balance sheet. We modernized our physical plant and hired new staff in the engineering department.
In November 2005, Lemieux Industry continues his growth with new acquisition; Mecfab, dedicated in the pulp and paper industry. Its expertise touches mainly the wet part of the machine and specializes itself in headboxes, fourdriniers, presses and on site maintenance work with a team of highly skilled crew.
